How Does It Work?
As-Built Drawings: We need 2-3 days notice to schedule an appointment. At the property we take complete measurements of all required rooms including all ceiling heights and window and door openings and casings. We’ll even note all cable and electrical outlets should you need it. We prepare of set of floor plans in PDF format at any scale you require. Typical turnaround time is 48 hours. If you need a working AutoCAD file we include that at no additional charge. If you don’t use CAD, send us a set of your marked up plans and we will translate them into CAD. We can also document the property with professional wide angle photos and send them to you on a CD. We help make each project easy.

Pricing:
Pricing is typically based on the square footage of the project. Contact us for a custom price quote.
