Cancellation Policy:
We kindly request at least 48 business hours notice when cancelling an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 48 business hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a charge equal to 50% of the total estimated fee for the property. Appointments canceled with less than 24 business hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a charge equal to 100% of the total estimated fee for the property. If the weather forecast looks like it will not cooperate with your photo shoot please call us in advance to reschedule to avoid cancellation fees.

Return Trip Fee:
If our photographer needs to return to the property due to no fault on our part there is a $100 trip charge. This includes not being able to access the property, or uncooperative weather at the time of the appointment.

Prepare The Property:
Please ensure the property is ready for photography and you or the homeowner provides proper access to the property. Please turn on all lights as you arrive. Our photographers will not have time to clean and stage the home.

Payment:
Payment is due at the time of the appointment by check or credit card, and payments are processed once all materials are released to you.

Turnaround Time:
Turnaround time is typically 48 hours for most homes. Large homes may require extra time to complete. In addition, turnaround may be longer during certain peak times of the year, such as the busy spring market. If time is of the essence please let us know in advance so we can make certain all materials are complete when you need them.

MLS Uploads
The linking fee to attach floor plans to one MLS number is included in your initial bill. There is an additional fee to attach floor plans to more than one MLS number, or to future MLS number changes. If you relist a property under a different MLS number there will be a fee to attach floor plans to the new MLS number.
